How the car finding service works

You describe it once. We do the searching, the calling, and the negotiating.

The search

Dealer inventory across the region and across state lines, including cars in transit and on order. The right trim and color at the right price is often not the nearest one.

The shortlist

Specific cars, with what each one should really cost. If two models are close, you hear the real difference, including which holds value better. Want to drive them first? We schedule the test drives with the dealers.

The negotiation

Dealers compete for the sale. We work the price, the trade-in, and the incentives, and we remove add-ons you did not ask for.

The delivery

Pick it up locally, or have it shipped when the best deal is out of state. The paperwork is checked in the finance manager's office review before you sign.

Can someone find a car for me? Common questions

What types of vehicles can you help me buy?

Cars, SUVs, minivans, and pickup trucks, from first cars to luxury models and the occasional exotic. New or certified pre-owned, paid in cash, financed, or leased.

Do you work with new and certified pre-owned vehicles?

Both. Certified pre-owned cars need more checking (history, condition, and certification terms), and that is part of the job.

Can you find a car from an out-of-state dealer?

Yes, and it is often where the best deal is. We handle the purchase, the tax and registration paperwork for your home state, and the shipping. See buying a car out of state.

What does it cost?

The same as any other purchase: a $100 retainer, then a 1% success fee on the final negotiated price or MSRP, whichever is lower. No extra charge for the search. Pricing.
